Welcome to Iron Pulse Fitness ("App"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Iron Pulse mobile application, services, and features, including video workouts, Apple Watch and Apple TV integration, training challenges, progress tracking, and any related content (collectively, the "Services"). By downloading, installing, or using Iron Pulse Fitness, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You agree that the agreement established by the Iron Pulse Fitness Terms is equivalent to any written, signed agreement executed by you, and you agree to be bound by its provisions and to fully comply with them. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, authority, and legal capacity to enter into this agreement and fulfill your obligations under it.
The Iron Pulse Fitness Terms are written in English. To the extent that any translated version of the Terms conflicts with the English version, the English version shall prevail.

In addition to gaining access to a range of features within the app, you will be required to provide a payment method. You will be automatically charged at the beginning of each billing cycle unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date. The app is available on iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, and Apple TV. All supported devices are designed to provide a synchronized experience across platforms. Absolutely not. You should always consult your physician, certified trainer, or other qualified health professional with any questions you may have regarding your health, fitness, or medical condition. All workouts and exercises we provide are intended for general informational and educational purposes only and should never be considered medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
You are solely responsible for determining whether a workout or exercise is appropriate for your personal health and physical condition. If any exercise causes discomfort, pain, dizziness, or shortness of breath, stop immediately, check your form, and seek guidance from a medical professional.
Participation in any workout or exercise program involves inherent risks. By using our Services, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree that you are exercising voluntarily and at your own discretion. Learn more
Eligibility
To use the App, you must be at least 18 years old.
By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. You represent and warrant that you have verified, under the laws of your jurisdiction, that you are permitted to use the Services, that you will act in compliance with these Iron Pulse Fitness Terms and with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, and that all information you provide in connection with your access to or use of the Services is truthful, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge.
The Service is available to users in multiple jurisdictions where the Service is offered and may be accessed via supported devices, including iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, and Apple TV.

No Medical Advice
The content, workouts, exercises, and recommendations provided through the Iron Pulse Fitness app and related Services are for general informational and educational purposes only. They are not intended as, and should not be relied upon as, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Consult Your Physician
Always consult your physician, certified trainer, or another qualified healthcare professional before starting any fitness program, making changes to your diet, or if you have any concerns about your health or physical condition. Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information provided in the app.
Assumption of Risk
Participation in any workout, exercise, or training program involves inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of injury, illness, or other health-related complications. By using the app, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume these risks and agree that you are exercising at your own discretion and responsibility.
Stop if Necessary
If at any point you experience discomfort, dizziness, shortness of breath, or pain while performing any activity suggested by the app, stop immediately and seek medical attention.
Registration, Accounts, and Services
Your Account
You may need to register an Iron Pulse Fitness account in order to access or use the Services. To create an account, you must use your Apple ID. By creating an account, you agree to provide us with accurate and complete registration information and to keep that information current at all times. Your account may be used to sign in and access the Services across all supported devices, including iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, and Apple TV.
You agree to create only one account for your personal use and not to share your account with others. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the login details for your Apple ID account associated with your Iron Pulse account. You accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
Please notify our support team immediately if you become aware of or suspect any actual or potential loss, theft, or unauthorized use of your account or account password.
You may delete your account at any time. Deleted accounts are typically not recoverable.
Changes to the Services
We may provide updates (including automatic updates) to the Services, which may include upgrades, modifications, patches, bug fixes, and/or new features (collectively, "Updates"). Certain parts of the Services may not function properly if you do not install all Updates. These Terms will apply to any Updates. We are under no obligation to provide Updates or to continue offering or enabling any particular features or functionality of the Services. Any date associated with an Update does not imply that all information in the Services or on any related website has been modified or updated.
We reserve the right to change the Services at any time, including by:
- discontinuing, removing, modifying, adding, or suspending any content, feature, data, or service within or accessible through the Services;
- modifying the software or equipment required to use and access the Services; and
- changing the pricing of the Services, where applicable.
We will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services or any elements thereof.
We may also impose limits on certain Services or restrict access to parts or all of the Services without prior notice or liability. Not all Services are available in all geographic regions or jurisdictions. If certain aspects of our Services or features rely on third parties (for example, integration with HealthKit or MyFitnessPal), you acknowledge that such third parties may discontinue providing their services to us at any time, and as a result, we may no longer be able to provide you with such features. We are not responsible for the actions or omissions of such third parties or any subsequent impact on our Services.
Changes to the Terms
Iron Pulse Fitness reserves the right to update these Terms at any time and for any reason, at its sole discretion. We will provide advance notice of any material changes to the Terms. By continuing to access or use the Services after notice of changes has been provided, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, please discontinue use of the Services and delete your account.
Ownership and Use of Content
"Content" means all content and materials made available through the Services, including, without limitation, images, designs, graphics, text, information, data, workout videos, challenge data, daily goal information, software, scripts, and other files, as well as the selection and arrangement thereof. "User Content" means any Content that you or another user provide in connection with the Services, whether privately or publicly posted. "Iron Pulse Content" means all Content that is not User Content.
Iron Pulse Fitness Content, and all copyrights, trademarks, design rights, patents, and other intellectual property rights (whether registered or unregistered) therein and in the Services, are the exclusive property of Iron Pulse Fitness and/or its licensors. Any unauthorized use of trademarks, trade dress, copyrighted materials, or any other intellectual property belonging to Iron Pulse or its licensors is strictly prohibited. Except as expressly provided in these Terms, Iron Pulse Fitness does not grant you any licenses, express or implied, under any of its patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights, all of which are reserved and retained by Iron Pulse Fitness. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED.
Our License to You
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive right and license to access and use the Services and Iron Pulse Fitness Content for your personal, non-commercial purposes, provided that you do not copy, modify, create derivative works of, reverse-engineer, sell, assign, sublicense, pledge, transfer, or otherwise exploit in any commercial manner any rights in the Iron Pulse Fitness Content or Services.
If any open-source or third-party code is incorporated into the App, such code will be governed by the applicable open-source or third-party license, as the case may be, permitting its use.
Workout videos, challenges, and related information are provided for informational and motivational purposes only and are not intended as medical advice.
Your License to Us
When you provide User Content through the Services, you grant to us and our users a perpetual, non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free, freely transferable, sublicensable, worldwide license to use, host, store, cache, copy, reproduce, publish, display (publicly or otherwise), perform (publicly or otherwise), distribute, transmit, modify, adapt, reformat, reorganize, translate, excerpt, commercialize or otherwise exploit, create derivative works of, and otherwise process such User Content in connection with any of the Services, in all media and distribution methods now known or later developed.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- we have the right to arrange for the publication of User Content in any manner we see fit;
- we are under no obligation to provide you with any credit or attribution for your User Content;
- you are not entitled to any compensation or other payment from us in connection with the use of your User Content.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, we will not use your User Content in a manner that conflicts with our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right, but have no obligation, at any time and for any reason, to monitor, review, pre-screen, edit, remove, otherwise alter, reorganize, or recategorize User Content within the Services, as well as to archive or otherwise preserve User Content. We may also remove, alter, or restrict access to User Content for any reason, including content that we believe violates these Terms, Community Guidelines, and/or our policies. You understand that even after deletion, User Content you have provided may remain viewable and may have been copied or stored by other users or members of the public.
Your Warranties
You agree to respect the intellectual property rights of others. By providing User Content, you represent and warrant that you are the creator and owner of the User Content or that you have all legal rights, permissions, and consents necessary to provide such User Content as contemplated by these Terms and to grant Iron Pulse Fitness the license described above. You further represent and warrant that your User Content and all other information provided by you does not infringe, misappropriate, or otherwise violate the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other proprietary rights of any third party.
Features and Services
As part of the features and services provided by the App, you have access to:
- Access to workout videos and fitness-related content.
- Integration with Apple Watch and HealthKit to sync workout and health data.
- The ability to join or create fitness challenges.
- Tracking progress, activity, and achievements.
- Setting and adjusting daily activity and nutrition goals.
- Social features, including participating in challenges and sharing progress with others.
- Access to the App across supported devices, including iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, and Apple TV, designed to provide a synchronized experience across platforms.
The availability and functionality of certain features may vary depending on the device used. For example, full challenge creation and management functionality, as well as the ability to edit personal account data, may be available on iPhone and iPad, while Apple TV may provide limited functionality such as viewing content, joining or leaving challenges, and accessing account information in a read-only mode.
Content availability may also vary by device. Certain workout categories, trainer-led videos, and informational or promotional video content may be more prominently available on the Apple TV. The presentation and availability of content may differ across supported platforms.
We may update, modify, or remove certain features or content at any time without prior notice.
Users may join fitness challenges or create their own. When creating a challenge, users may set up public challenges (accessible to all users) or private challenges (accessible only through a special link). Users may also share their progress with others. Progress tracking within a challenge may include both individual progress and group participation, as well as leaderboard rankings for challenge performance.
You agree not to misuse the social features (e.g., by spamming or distributing harmful content). We reserve the right to moderate, restrict, or remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise deemed inappropriate.
Subscriptions and Payments
We offer certain premium versions of the Services (Iron Pulse+, the "Premium Services") for a fee. Premium Services grant you access to extended content, features, and functionalities when viewing and starting workouts. We reserve the right to modify our Premium Services at any time, including the features available in each Premium Service, as further described in the section "Changes to the Services."
Subscription Model
We offer a unified subscription model that provides access to Premium Services. The subscription is available on a monthly or annual basis. Pricing may vary depending on the user's country or region. In certain jurisdictions, including the United States, a free trial period may be available.
Registration
By registering for and using Premium Services, you agree to pay all applicable fees, including ongoing subscription fees.
When registering for Premium Services, you must provide and designate a payment method (e.g., credit card, Apple Pay) ("Payment Method"). You expressly authorize us and certain third-party service providers to receive, store, and encrypt your payment information.
You may pay for Premium Services monthly or annually. Unless otherwise stated, all payments for Premium Services will be automatically charged to your Payment Method at the beginning of each monthly or annual subscription period, as applicable. All Premium Service purchases are final and non-refundable, except at our sole discretion. Please note that refund options may also be limited by App Providers (as defined below) or other third parties.
If you reside outside the United States, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase and receive a full refund within fourteen (14) days of the initial subscription purchase, subject to applicable legal requirements and platform policies.
Automatic Renewal
Subscription fees will be charged automatically at the beginning of each monthly or annual subscription period, as applicable. Premium Services to which you are subscribed will automatically renew unless you cancel your subscription before the end of the current subscription period.
Cancellation of Premium Services
If you activated a Premium subscription through the Apple App Store, you must cancel it via the App Provider.
Cancellation or downgrade will take effect at the end of your billing period, and you will continue to have access to the applicable Premium Service until the end of that period. For example, if you are billed annually and cancel partway through the year, you will retain access until the end of that year. After expiration, your account will remain active with access to trial features.
You may delete your account at any time; however, depending on the platform, account deletion may not cancel your subscription – you must cancel through the App Provider with whom you registered (e.g., Apple App Store). Deleting the App from your device does not cancel your subscription.
Trial Subscriptions
We may offer trial subscriptions in certain jurisdictions, which provide temporary access to selected features of the App, allowing you to explore the Service before starting a paid subscription. In some cases, including the United States, a free trial period may be available.
To activate a trial subscription, you must select the applicable subscription offer and provide valid payment information. Unless canceled before the end of the trial period, the subscription will automatically convert into a paid subscription, and applicable fees will be charged to your selected payment method.
A free trial, where available, may be used only once per user account and applies to the subscription as a whole, regardless of whether the user selects a monthly or annual billing option.
You may cancel or manage your subscription at any time through your account settings or the applicable third-party platform. Any upgrade or change to your subscription plan will be applied in accordance with the then-current subscription terms.
Transition from Previous Subscription Plans
If you previously subscribed to an earlier subscription plan (such as Basic or Pro), your existing subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After this period, your subscription will be automatically transitioned to the unified subscription model under these Terms.
You may continue to access the Service until the end of your current subscription term. After migration, access and features will be governed by the updated subscription structure.
If you choose to cancel your subscription, access to Premium Services will remain available until the end of your paid subscription period, after which the previous subscription plans will no longer be available.
Termination of Premium Services
If you fail to pay fees due for Premium Services, we may make reasonable efforts to notify you and resolve the issue; however, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Premium Services (and may do so without notice).
Price Changes
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we may change the prices of Premium Services at any time. We will notify you of any such changes, and if you do not wish to pay the new prices, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect. If you do not cancel in time, new prices may take effect at the start of the next subscription period, and continued use of the Services will constitute acceptance of the new price.
Pricing Errors
Although we strive to provide accurate pricing information, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing, promotions, offers, shipping charges, availability, or other information.
Governing Law and Acceptable Use
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for unlawful purposes.
- Distribute or share copyrighted workout content outside of the App.
- Improperly use features such as challenges or progress sharing.
- Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the App.
Data and Privacy
Iron Pulse Fitness may collect and process certain data, including workout data, heart rate (if available), and user activity, to enable functionality and personalization.

Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms or misused the Service, including without limitation to protect the security, integrity, or operation of the App.
You may delete your account at any time through the App or by contacting support. Account deletion may result in permanent loss of access to your data, subject to applicable law.
Limitation of Liability
Iron Pulse Fitness is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free content, or specific fitness results.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Iron Pulse Fitness and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the App.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
If you access the Service from outside the United States, you are responsible for compliance with any local laws to the extent they apply.
